Chur, I had a good time here! The architecture is stunning, but the room wasn't maintained well—smelly bathroom was a turn-off. Staff were heaps friendly, though!

exceptional staff behavior

poorly managed amenities

The staff behavior was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.

The amenities were quite disappointing, especially the poorly managed game zone that was almost closed and the dirty swimming pool that wasn't maintained well.

I stayed for one night as a solo traveler and found the architecture of the place to be stunning. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the waiters were pleasant and attentive during our meal. there were maintenance issues. my bathroom had a clogged shower drain which caused inconvenience. The reception staff seemed a bit uncoordinated, which affected the overall check-in experience but didn't overshadow the beautiful building itself.
